Returns & Replacements
We offer replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Request Window
Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, damaged due to misuse, or items without packaging are not eligible.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
We cover shipping for damaged/wrong items. Other cases may not be eligible.
