At Pujastore.in, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We offer easy replacement or refund in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective item

  • Wrong product delivered

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging should be intact

  • The request must be raised within the allowed time window

  • Our return window is 3 days, post delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost

  • For other cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
